PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

  1. Responsible/accountable for the smooth and efficient functioning of the production line(s) he/she is supervising.
  2. Responsible for starting the machine during the production runs and for setting the machine parameters based on established standards.

PROJECT SALES SUPERVISOR

  1. Responsible and accountable for the attainment of sales volume and sales revenues goals and targets, as well as the control of the fixed expense budgets, of the Project Sales group.
  2. Establishes and maintains rapport and good business relationships with key and strategic project sales customers, e.g. Electrical/plumbing designers (EPDs), architects, etc.
  3. Ensures effective saturation in terms of market coverage nationwide by the Project Sales team.

MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR

  1. Responsible/accountable for the efficient and cost-effective implementation of the following retroactive support activities:  
  2. Planning, development and implementation of plant-maintenance functions on all production-related machinery & equipment as well as utilities equipment (e.g. chiller, cooling tower, etc.) in the Main plant.

  3. Development of a preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all such production machinery & equipment and utilities equipment
