  1. Directly sells the company's products and all other traded products distributed to trade outlets within his ssigned geographical sales area/territory.
  2. Development of new accounts within the assigned geographical area and assists in gathering pertinent market information on prospective customers.

Qualifcations:

PROJECT SALES ENGINEER

PURCHASING ASSISTANT

  1. Receives Purchase Requisitions submitted by requisitioning departments; Ensures PRs received are properly filled-out; Ensures PRs are approved by appropriate management before processing; Liaises/discusses directly with requisitioning department to ensure that specifications/criteria of item(s) being requisitioned are clear and well-understood.
  2. Assists the Jr. Buyer in directly contacting the third-party pre-qualified supplier for item(s) to be purchased; Secures quotation details, inclusive of price item, volume, promo or pick-up discounts, delivery schedules & means, freight charges (if any), credit terms, etc.
  3. Assists the Jr. Buyer in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best commercial deal in term of price, delivery terms/conditions and credit terms/conditions.
  4. Prepares a canvass sheet containing comparative quotations from at least (3) pre-qualified suppliers.
  5. Submits the approved PR and associated canvass sheet to the Purchasing Head for review and endorsement, and to appropriate division manager for review and approval/selection of supplier quotation.
  6. Assists the Jr. Buyer in developing a list of pre-qualified suppliers for review/endorsement by the Purchasing Head for accreditation, for subsequent review/approval by the appropriate division General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate from a reputable university, preferably in Business, Engineering or the Social Sciences

  • Preferably with several years or prior relevant work experience

  • Work experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desired

  • Honest; Of high integrity and of good moral character

SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

  1. Responsible/accountable for the accurate and timely preparation of customer Sales Orders.

  2. Receives customer orders from the sales reps via orders forms, text messages or phone.

  3. Encodes customer orders promptly and accurately in the MAS 500 system and prints-out the Sales Quotes for processing.

  4. Prepares the Sales Order Register (SOR) and batches printed Sales Orders (SOs) by sales rep folders for sales management approval.

  5. Keeps, maintains and manages in a neat, orderly and organized fashion all central customer- and sales admin-related files, records, logbooks, registers, etc., inclusive of product quotations, customer correspondences, call reports, industry reports, statistics, research documentation, etc.

Qualifications:

PROJECT SALES SUPERVISOR

  1. Responsible and accountable for the attainment of sales volume and sales revenues goals and targets, as well as the control of the fixed expense budgets, of the Project Sales group.
  2. Establishes and maintains rapport and good business relationships with key and strategic project sales customers, e.g. Electrical/plumbing designers (EPDs), architects, etc.
  3. Ensures effective saturation in terms of market coverage nationwide by the Project Sales team.
  4. Ensures smooth and proper coordination with the Marketing & Business Development (MBD) group in the implementation of marketing and promotional programs. Provides meaningful and timely feedback to the MBD group on the success or shortcomings of such programs.
  5. Gathers information, monitors and reports on market trends and competitors’ activities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 30 years old
  • College degree from a reputable university, preferably majoring in Business, Marketing, Engineering or Social Sciences
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience in institutional/project sales, particularly in the construction-related durable goods, with at least three (3) years as a supervisor
  • Good business contacts in the area – i.e. customers, business and civic associations, local government units, etc.
  • Experienced in implementing sales/marketing plans as well as expense budgets

CADET ENGINEERS (for pooling)

  1. Ensures that all machineries, equipments, facilities are running in good condition
  2. Ensures that all machineries are operated and installed in accordance to the standard procedures and safety measures

QA / R&D GROUP SUPERVISOR / QMR

  1. Responsible for the comprehensive accurate and timely quality assurance testing of:
  • industrial PVC/HDPE pipes/fittings/accessories, either manufactured by the Production Department or purchased from external OEM manufacturers, in accordance with established test sampling standards and/or approved/accepted product specifications
  • Finished goods or raw materials transferred-in from other company sales/warehouses
  • raw materials purchased from third-party vendors to be used in internal manufacturing of pipes/fittings, in accordance with approved/accepted materials specifications and/or Certificate of Analysis (COA)
  • products rejected, backloaded and returned by customers due to quality complaints

  1. Prepares all pipes/fittings/accessories/ materials speciment samples for testing
  2. Conducts all testing requirements on pipes/fittings/materials samples in an accurate, comprehensive and timely manner
  3. Ensures proper recording of test results to QA-STR

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a reputable university with a degree in Engineering preferably BS Chem. Engineering or BS Chemistry
