PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Receives Purchase Requisitions submitted by requisitioning departments; Ensures PRs received are properly filled-out; Ensures PRs are approved by appropriate management before processing; Liaises/discusses directly with requisitioning department to ensure that specifications/criteria of item(s) being requisitioned are clear and well-understood.
- Assists the Jr. Buyer in directly contacting the third-party pre-qualified supplier for item(s) to be purchased; Secures quotation details, inclusive of price item, volume, promo or pick-up discounts, delivery schedules & means, freight charges (if any), credit terms, etc.
- Assists the Jr. Buyer in negotiating with suppliers to secure the best commercial deal in term of price, delivery terms/conditions and credit terms/conditions.
- Prepares a canvass sheet containing comparative quotations from at least (3) pre-qualified suppliers.
- Submits the approved PR and associated canvass sheet to the Purchasing Head for review and endorsement, and to appropriate division manager for review and approval/selection of supplier quotation.
- Assists the Jr. Buyer in developing a list of pre-qualified suppliers for review/endorsement by the Purchasing Head for accreditation, for subsequent review/approval by the appropriate division General Manager.

SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsible/accountable for the accurate and timely preparation of customer Sales Orders.

Receives customer orders from the sales reps via orders forms, text messages or phone.

Encodes customer orders promptly and accurately in the MAS 500 system and prints-out the Sales Quotes for processing.

PROJECT SALES SUPERVISOR
- Responsible and accountable for the attainment of sales volume and sales revenues goals and targets, as well as the control of the fixed expense budgets, of the Project Sales group.
- Establishes and maintains rapport and good business relationships with key and strategic project sales customers, e.g. Electrical/plumbing designers (EPDs), architects, etc.
- Ensures effective saturation in terms of market coverage nationwide by the Project Sales team.
